優點：萬科小區管理不錯，也比較新，房子設施比較完備，四個卧室能住不少人。
缺點：房主態度比較冷淡，提供一次性毛巾也就算了，卧具我還是人生第一次遇到也用一次性的，既然這樣您還有必要在入住須知裏寫上污損織物的賠償條款麼？我尋思這屋子也沒其他能污損的織物了吧？而且事實證明地板打掃的也並不算乾淨，不知道要求這麼多污損賠償條款是嚇唬誰呢。用熱水器還得住客自己開燃氣，主打一個自助服務是吧。另外還讓住客保持低調不要讓鄰居發覺開民宿的事，我覺得既然您這麼小心翼翼和捨不得，還是別把自己心愛的房子用來開民宿了。

跟家人一起來昆明旅行，人比較多！因為自己在成都也開民宿，所以也知道很多民宿跟圖片差距比較大，在平台看了很久，最後選了這家，一家人住真的太好了，環境很好，房子非常新，價格很划算。而且房東也很好，房主推薦的河對面吃的也很好。房內東西很齊全，廚房 洗衣機 做飯的…很齊。一次性用品很好，床鋪四件套也鋪好了一次性四件套。如果下次有機會還來這裏！
