Located on the 28th floor of a building, the taxi driver has some difficult time to locate it. The front desk is helpful in helping us to locate Telecom.
The room is clean and the bed and pillows are just nice to sleep in.
Just the toilet paper way too small roll and only one given.

Really, can’t complain. The service was great, close to the main station, got a description how to find the hotel. We just didn’t know that the hotel was in the 28th floor, that’s all. View is smashing, GREAT

The hotel is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The view from the 28th floor overlooks the city - absolutely stunning!
The price is very affordable, and it's conveniently located near Kunming Railway Station. The only tricky part was finding the entrance at first, as the location can be a bit confusing.
But overall, I really love this room - definitely worth it!

Amazing service by the Songyi team. Very friendly as well. They went the extra miles to help our problems in China. The rooms are clean and very good for value.

Good location just 300 meters from Kunming Railway Station. There are many convenience stores in front of the building.

Extremely close to the Kunming railway station so it’s a good stay if you’re flying in and reaching late. The hosts allow for a late check in. The accommodation is quite basic but good value for money.

Overall acceptable
Arrived 30mins earlier before official check in time and gets to check in early, seems to be quite common in china
Photos was sent prior to check in to aid finding the hotel

Close to railway station, walkable but inconvenient to walk if have luggage as walkway uneven
Have full body mirror but if hang clothes or towel will be blocked
Can hear traffic but soften if close window

Very clean compact room with ensuite bathroom Nice comfy bed. Quiet, high floor with a good City view. There are 3 high rise blocks, look out for the '3' in front of the building. Take the lift to level 28 where the Hotel is located.
Various shops and eateries on the ground floor. Within 5 minutes walk from Kunming Railway Station.
