Excellent service. We are new to China so they helped us out to work out Alipay, bus and metro transport. Our stay was very pleasant, great city views. And we had access to washer which was very good after 3 weeks of travel.

Good location near Kunming railway station. The hotel is in the building floor 28. Quite confused if you cannot speak Chinese.

The train station is within walking distance, and there are plenty of 24-hour food options nearby. The front desk is also available 24 hours. We arrived at 3:30 AM and had no issues checking in.

The location is nice, 10mins walk from the railway station. Hotel staff is friendly and the room is clean.

The hotel is very difficult to find on map. Once you are in the area, make sure to find a building with the word 3 栋. The hotel is I think one storey on the 28th floor of the building. Because it is one floor, I really enjoyed the ease of going to the front counter to ask questions or to use the washing machine for free. That was a benefit I didnt think about before. The staff are really friendly and helpful. If you are planning to go to the stone forest, I do recommend asking the front counter staff to sign you up for the day tour as it was really convenient and at a very reasonable price. I personally liked my room even with no windows, it felt really cozy. We all know Yunnan has crazy sunrays so no windows gave me a break from that. In terms of location, this hotel is about 5-10min walk to a bus stop that takes you to old street and the shopping area. I would say its not convenient at all to walk to the Kunming metro station but because taxi is pretty cheap, what I did was take a taxi to the metro station when I needed to take the train.
