Pros:
- The room was new and stylish.
- Had the largest TV I had ever seen in any hotel.
- Hotel provides fresh fruit plate and tremella and pear dessert nightly.

- about 20 min walk to the dounan flow market.

Cons:
- room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open.
- Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map.
- we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception.

The hotel is very clean and modern. It is located close to the gigantic flower market and has beautiful views from the 28th floor. The staff speak english and are very kind and helpful :)

I reserved three rooms for our family. We all surprised by the the good quality and cleanness of the room. The girls in front desk are extremely helpful. They provided flower cookies to us when we arrived and late made fresh coffee and tea to us. Since we came from US without WeChat pay account, they used their apps to help us to order food and book taxi services. Although this hotel is small and even we had a little bit difficult to find its exact location when we arrived, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. All the services we received from the hotel made us feeling like we stayed with our family. The next time we go to visit Dounan Flower Market, we definitely will stay with them again. I certainly consider it as a 5-star hotel.

most enjoyable stay in Kunming near the flower market on the 28th floor in a brand new setup. Striking hyper-modern and tasteful design with comfy King bed in front of the biggest TV screen ever in a hotel room, automated curtains,lights and everything. what impresses most however is the quality and friendliness of the customer service. nothing is too much to ask and you will be welcomed every time with nice tea service and flower cakes. Highly recommended.

It’s a new hotel with an excellent staff who always had wanted to please our group. The location is close to the Dounan flower market and in walking distance to many restaurants as well as the subway station. The rooms are clean and WiFi is good. It’s peaceful.

I have booked a lot of hotels on Ctrip. This time I have been traveling alone for nearly a month. I returned to Kunming to sleep for one night and flew to Shanghai the next day.
The reason I found their hotel was that I could walk to Dounan Flower Market. I didn’t expect that they would call me right after I placed the order. They asked me where I was and wanted to help me carry my luggage.
My suitcase weighed 24 kilograms. Are you kidding me, a skinny girl? As a result, Xiao Xiao (the housekeeper) really helped me carry the suitcase.
Since I understand design and construction, I felt that their decoration was really great!
The housekeeper also gave me different shampoos and shower gels (Verbena is recommended for boys) to relax myself.
What was particularly thoughtful was that they also sent me a lot of nearby fly restaurants that they, as locals, thought were delicious to me on WeChat for reference. I went to eat mushroom hot pot, which was so delicious that my eyebrows almost fell off!
After I went home after eating at the flower market and hot pot, the housekeeper at the reception desk also made me some golden needle black tea. When I was sleepy, I went back to my room to rest.
The next day, the housekeeper called me at 8:15 am, and then I went to the reception desk to have breakfast. I attached a picture to show you. It really feels good to be cared for. The considerate housekeeper service is really good!
I will stay at this hotel again next time. I sincerely recommend it! Because if you have any needs and ideas, the housekeeper will serve you well!
