Awesome clean hotel room. They give u a whols water dispenser in your room. Great location and such amazing food nearby. I really can't wait to get to kunming again.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the Kunming Metro, specifically Panjiawan (潘家湾) station. If carrying luggage, take Exit B of the station as it has an elevator.
The rooms are neat, clean, and spacious. The room I was assigned had a water dispenser, which is good for sustainability. The water dispenser also had a fridge, which was very nice for storing snacks. The room had both reusable and disposable slippers, again very good for sustainability. The staff were helpful and attentive.
There's a fruit shop right next to the hotel which had really nice and economical fresh fruits. One can visit a nice park called Cuihu Park (翠湖公园) after a walk from here and can find a number of shops along the way
Overall, it was a pleasure staying here.

We stayed here for two nights. It was okay. The room wasn't too big but large enough for 2 to stay. There were a lot of bugs in the room. Many mosquitoes and ants. That wasn't great. Was nice to be able to do laundry. Staff is friendly enough. We had to pay a deposit which is a first for me in China.

For a one night stay this hotel wasn't bad and is within walking distance of places such as the old street and parks. However the hotel itself is located on a noisy compound which easily disturbs sleep.

Hotel Review
The hotel was clean and provided all the essential services for a comfortable stay. There’s 24-hour staff availability, which is very convenient. The location is quite good, close to the metro station, making it easy to get around. While it’s not in the trendiest area of Kunming, it’s within walking distance, which was a big plus. Overall, a practical and reliable option!

Location wise a bit far from railway station and city if you are opt to walk. By didi is about 20m. Amenities all good

the hotel is clean and close to a metro station. the rooms are very small. the neighbourhood is not pleasant to walk in. there is a wired smell in the area of the hotel

The two young ladies and a young man at the reception are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and quiet with comfortable bed. Many eateries around and it is nearby the train station too. I will stay here again next time.
