Mengjing Yaxing Hotel (Kunming South High-speed Railway Station Lianjie Subway Station)

The male hotel staff is greatly helpful. He accommodated my broken luggage and upgraded the room for me when I reported some flies in the room. The hotel room is new and well-equipped with amenities, as well as, a smart device. There is the self-service laundry room for all guests to use without extra charge. Various choices of breakfast with noodle soup, rice and salad bar. Adding hotel'wechat is highly recommended as it is the most effective and responsive channel communicating with hotel staffs.

Easy to find. The lobby is on 2nd floor. Fresh, clean new hotel. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. Shower is 10 out of 10. Room is smart room with voice activation. Close to the train station. Easy check in, staff are friendly and patient.

So this hotel is a great location for KUNMING SOUTH STATION.  Two stops on the metro then 5 minutes walk.  Loads of places to eat. (I also recommend the foot spa ladies nearby - can’t remember their shop name but look for the little wooden buckets to steam then massage your feet / just fantastic!!). Hotel Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, no noise from the street when we visited. Good showers, hairdryer and decent Chinese breakfast. (Thank you to sweet girl in restaurant who made my breakfast noodles for me!)

Hotel is nice. Room is good. Washroom is good. Breakfast is great. Everything was digital. Looks good in most things except the noise. Elevator 🛗 noise is too much in whole building and it sounds like metro 🚇 train passing through station after each 5 minutes. This hotel is on 2nd floor so 3rd floor people make noise till midnight and early morning. Which is very common here in China they shut doors hardly and not care for other humans sleepy. Also the cleaning lady start cleaning on 8:00 🕗 I think it’s not good they should start cleaning after 9:00. Because they make more noise during cleaning. So, if you noise sensitive then it’s terrible place to stay. If you don’t care noise then it’s amazing place to stay. The choice is yours. Thanks

High quality, new and comfort hotel , about 100m to metro. Excellence service. I go for holiday from Australia , was book one night , absolutely amazing felling ,then book extra 3 night . I will be booking again next return. and recommended any person go to Kunming .

Great hotel with local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's my 3rd time staying before a train for Kunmingnan, good access to subway or easy Didi if you're in a rush.
