Let me talk about the advantages first~ The hotel environment is really good! You can take pictures easily, and it is very convenient to the city. The private bath is very large, and the children have a lot of fun~ When we went there 4 years ago, it was called Xingyunxuanxuan Expo RV, which was also a private bath in the RV courtyard. This time, the environment has been upgraded and it is more beautiful. ❌ Let me talk about the bad experience: 1️⃣ There are too many bugs in the yard, especially white aphids, just like it is raining insects. The hotel should take anti-mosquito measures or provide anti-mosquito supplies. 2️⃣ The breakfast is very simple, the worst breakfast I have ever seen in a thousand-yuan hotel. And when I checked in, I said that breakfast could be delivered to the room, but when I talked to the housekeeper at night, he said that it could not be delivered. 3️⃣ The pool drained very slowly. When we added water for the second time, we waited for an hour and there was no obvious drop in the water level. We still had to scoop water out manually with a ladle. The hotel has no solution. 4️⃣ The barbecue grill provided by the hotel is the old-fashioned barbecue grill, which is difficult to use and expensive at 298. When I was in Xingyunxuanxuan, there was a smokeless barbecue table, which was quite useful, so I thought it was still a barbecue table. I would have stopped using it if I had known. 5️⃣ The child accidentally broke the lid of the dessert stew pot. We should pay for it, but we couldn't produce an invoice or payment receipt. It was very unreasonable to ask us to pay 154 with just a screenshot of the form. Finally, we negotiated and compensated 50. 6️⃣ The drinks in the refrigerator in the room were opened. We found out when we got home. Fortunately, we asked before we drank it. Otherwise, I really don't dare to think about it. 🔺 Finally, I hope the hotel can improve its service initiative and optimize service details~ Give guests a better experience, rather than a three-star experience at a five-star price.

The hotel environment is very quiet and the air is very good. The hot spring service is very good. They will clean the pool in advance and drain the water. The breakfast is very rich. You can choose to eat in the restaurant or send it to the room, which is very considerate. Some snacks are also provided when checking in and every night.
