Very new apartment with a separate bedroom and one majong room. There is a separate hall and projector TV available for use. We stayed on the 18th floor and can see the LCD displays of the buildings in Dongfeng Square. Metro SD station just 200 m away. Highly recommended.

The location is not so convenient, check in is very troublesome and not flexible it's takes a long time to fill in our details one by one and we arrive at midnight 3am , already very tired but still have to wait for her check in manually 1 by 1 . Not much food around, go where you also need to take transport but overall hotel is clean as it was a new hotel . Sandal offer in the room don't know why it's totally wet ! Dunno it was new or used recycle sandals. We book a family room but the towel only offers 2 .

Strategic location at town near shuncheng & have a shop nearby of hotel. Staff really help us even we late checkin at 12.30am. Comfort & big room provided.

Room were spacious enough for the 4 of us. The heater was warm and comfortable during winter time but could improve more on the accessories like mirror on the wall at the living room

The room was unexpectedly so cozy! I love the bedding, so comfy. I feel like I didn't want to wake up the next morning . The staff was friendly and so nice. She speaks English and is easy to communicate with.

Near metro, easy to get around. May not be easy to find the location as it is within a building. Responsive to request for towels and toiletries.

We are a family of three who visited Kunming in November. Overall, it is very spacious and we also had cleaning services. The beds and pillows were good. Some amenities are missing such as cutleries for coffee and the fridge is quite tiny. The location is closed to the train station and there were many small food stores right below. Would highly recommend!

Well situated along the main shopping street. The apartment is huge and incredible value for money. Only niggle was the sofa (what, you mean you get a sofa at this price?!) was slightly dirty and there were a few strands of hairs lying around. But this was cleaned up on the next day. Bottled water and toilet paper is topped up every day, and bathrobes changed daily.

But it was quite a long walk to the main attraction of nanping pedestrian street
