Friendly service. Observant employees. Very helpful. Great location. Room is spacious. Comes with pool table. There is also free detergent with washing machine and dryer available too. Very economical pricing. Will book them again

A clean, modern hotel in a great location with easy access to the metro, bars and restaurants. The front desk staff speak English and the free, easy-to-use self-service laundry is a great addition as well. Highly recommended for foreigners visiting Kunming!

The hotel room is very clean, spacious and comfortable! The location is very good - near the Nanping road shopping street and also near the Kunming old streets - all are within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly. We arrived early and the hotel provided us with an early checkin! We are very happy with the stay throughout!
We also happened to chance upon a wet market within walking distance (near the Kunming old streets), and the seller specialises in free-range cured porky. It is very good and delicious! I highly recommend it!

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I am absolutely delighted with the stay with clean room that upkeep everyday. The front desk of Mr Cao and Ms Liu was fabulously helpful beyond their front desk responsibilities. They have made my stay memorable. I’ll be back again when in Kunming.1

Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Nice hot shower and separate Japanese style automatic bidet toilet. Hotel is in a good central area, close to Nanping Walking Street shopping area and not too far from Dongfeng Metro station. A good International breakfast is available for an additional cost per person per day. Hotel staff were helpful and responsive and were able to communicate with us via translation app. We noticed our original room was a bit smokey and the staff immediately offered to move us to a new room.
