酒店環境非常好，房間衞生打掃得很乾凈，前台小姑娘服務態度也是很熱情非常親切，酒店離雲大醫院也是非常近走路幾分鐘就到了，停車場也是非常大，設施設備也是齊全，真心不錯，還是值得推薦的！

酒店在雲大醫院對面，音響出版社家屬院裏麪，是舊樓改造的，晚上非常安靜。酒店是新開的，各種設施都很好，樓下有免費的停車場，出門右邊有很多小吃店，吃飯很方便。地鐵的話潘家灣C出口往回走大概200多米，也是很方便的，下次還來！

這個酒店唯一的優勢就是離醫院近，可以停車，考慮這個可以住。接下來缺點就太多了，隔音非常非常差，樓上人走路，旁邊房間放電視都能聽到。床很硬，很不好睡。前台很不專業，頭天不給早餐票，早上問你早餐票在哪。不給停車票，頭天讓在手冊上登記身份車輛訊息，但第二天出大門被保安攔住問停車票，我第一回來住我怎麼知道有停車票

酒店水都不放，梳子也不放，還是自己去前台要的，要兩瓶水還問來問去的，公區的衞生也差，電梯裏面的墊子估計從來沒有換過。

房間乾淨，前台服務好，熱情，還有洗衣機也是超讚的。周圍環境安靜，地處出版社內，雲南醫大附一醫院對面，地理位置好，交通方便，去西南聯大舊址，翠湖，雲南講武堂，楊麗萍演齣劇院等景點都可步行到達，三十分鐘以內。出門左轉有一家鹵菜店的鹵菜好吃，還有一品花溪的米線也好吃，牛肉有麻將塊大卻不柴，很好吃😊，一次很開心的旅程，值得推薦。

服務態度極差，本人因早上全麻手術，未退房需要續住，但店家服務員卻告知房間早已售賣出去，不能續住，要求我在兩點前辦理退房如果不退房揚言要把我的東西從房間清理出去。沒辦法，衹能重新找醫院附近其他酒店入住。像這種沒有職業道德沒有公德心管理，是這個酒店最大的問題，大家慎重選擇吧！本來很少評價，這次真的失望和生氣。
