民宿在建投開發的小區裏，是由一個兩梯一户的大平層改裝的，推開民宿門直接愣住，電子壁爐配着暖黃色水晶吊燈，像闖進了老電影裏的場景。老闆是位特別健談的藝術家大哥，屋裡掛滿了世界名畫，從構圖到筆觸，他能跟你聊得頭頭是道。坐在窗邊，看着民宿提供的美學書籍、喝着大哥泡的咖啡，這趟住宿簡直是場意外的藝術薰陶。

入住當天晚上在花園散了散步，回到房間，燈光很棒，床墊很舒服，非常安靜，沉沉的睡了一整夜起來神清氣爽。房間很多角度都很好看，天鵝絨巖板地面、洗手間枱麪，智能馬桶、大采光窗，全遮光窗簾，硬件處處透露出品質和用心，很不錯！

我回國與就讀北航讀博的男朋友到昆明出遊，被攜程上《米萊公館》豪華裝修吸引，抱着一探究竟的好奇預訂了這家。
老闆對建築，藝術、美學有着獨到現代設計理念和藝術見解。早在預訂時就被預覽圖的大浴缸吸引了，而實物圖要更加地震撼。室內陳列世界名畫、雕塑的藝術品。備有音色非常好的鋼琴 !
《米萊公館》位於就在斗南花市旁，很適合情侶，出遊和蜜月旅行。服務的非常熱情細緻，在知道我們是情侶出遊後還貼心地為我們更換了玫瑰紅色的床上用品。聊天時得知老闆一家周遊列國費盡心血帶回來的原裝裝飾與設備，匠心獨具。房間全智能，具有濃郁的現代意大利設計理念和法式風格。
現在剛剛開始試運營，仍在改進中。

房間太小了，衞生間過門過一個人剛剛好，兩個人在裏面都轉不開身，馬桶抵到門口了，停車收費15元，吹風也沒有，到處是以前客人遺漏的物品，地墊也賬的死。將近200的費用，性價比太低了，再也不要去上當了，電視機也沒有。房間通風也不好，有味道

比較有特色，藝術感很強，老闆很熱情，推薦的景點很不錯。我們住的是最小的房間，各方面其實比較一般，但其他房間特別是家庭套間有去看真的很不錯，適合家庭出遊，會很舒服。希望下次有機會來想試試家庭套間

體驗感特別好，房間裝扮也很好看很有格調，工作人員非常有耐心細心，酒店是沒有空調的但好在昆明天氣非常涼爽，正好前幾天在別的酒店住開空調一直都會流鼻血，在這住沒有這麼幹，鼻子也舒服很多。工作人員很細心的等待客人回到酒店再休息
