提前一天開攜程定的房 結果自己失誤沒看見訂單 給的特價房 那麼你就收特價房的錢啊 加廁所才5.6個平方 衞生極差 床上有毛 枕頭不乾淨 要不是晚上帶個2歲小孩 我直接退單不住了 空調壞了 被子又薄 加個被子都沒有 早上又要趕飛機 極差

晚上十一點多才到，告訴我們小時房剛退，房間還沒打掃完，入住後發現床單上有不明毛髮，讓工作人員換床單時發現床單下面都是頭髮，衞生間毛巾還是上個人用過的，洗臉池漏水，流的滿地都是，差點摔倒

前台小姐姐超級貼心。酒店地點也很方便，從機場坐地鐵6號線到底站再打個車大概就到了，附近就是昆明老街，南強街夜市。
設施：很齊全，連鎖酒店的標配
服務：服務超級贊，我們擔心房間水壺不乾淨，前台小姐姐用自己的水壺幫我們燒的水。我準備喝感冒葯，她還提供了一次性筷子給我攪拌，真的很貼心。關鍵小姐姐超級温柔，很漂亮

三個人出來玩，哥嫂住一間，我單獨住一間，同樣都是大床房，我的那間就不是個正常的房間（房號8001）想着反正我一個人住那將就了，臨近12點玩回來才發現一打開空調整個屋都在震動，我也是第一次見呢，收拾半天重新換了房（房號1011）洗手池漏水漏得真溜，得岔開腿用，哈哈，總之，有幸看到這條評論的朋友，快跑！

電梯衹到9樓，8樓和10樓需要有樓梯間，房間價格不算低，也不好，前台環境臟亂差，房間也是，牆壁更是臟兮兮，當天的前台小姐姐還挺温柔

房間不乾淨樓很破，外面樓道尤其破，很久不修那種，屋子潮濕，窗户小，排氣扇跟沒有用一樣，廁所衞生條件差，都不想去。非常糟糕的體驗。
