It was a great location near Kunming South Railroad station. However, it was super crowded to use the elevator - two of four elevator was broken, so we waited a good 7 -10 minutes to use the elevator. The room was spacious, but the heater system (they call it AC unit) did not work well.

Hotel lifts were crummy. Housekeeping lady was very helpful. First night, someone knocked on our room door late at night. Second night, we couldn't sleep as the noise of buskers singing loudly downstairs at the open area. They only stopped at midnight

Good location for those who need to catch a train from South Station.
Free transfer from and to station.
Comfortable room.
Some communication problem, we had some difficulty in receiving instructions for the pickup, probably there was a change of shift at some point and we stopped receiving messages in english, we managed with the translation app but still, a bit stressful.
The transfer to the station isn't flexible, they only have a few minibuses going, so you don't get to pick the exact time. And you have to be sharp on time, or you risk being left behind.
