Location is within tourist attraction walking street so no front porch which is the only downside. Unassuming, humble hotel with most amenities available for short stay travellers. Well cleaned room and overall quiet stay (remember to shut the windows) for off peak season. Very fast and meticulous response from service personnel. Overall highly recommended place in Kun Ming for short travel.
The hotel does not have a dedicated foyer for pick up and drop off. The nearest is street side drop off at 桥香苑过桥米线. The hotel is located within a shopping street. Hence no direct access to main road.
The hotel facilities are okay except the toilet didn't have doors. The room might be more suitable for couple stay as some may prefer more privacy during their bathroom moments.

One of the best accomodation we stayed during our 1/2 month travel in Yunnan. Service was top notch, especially the two very hard working young individuals who were on duty during our check in and check out at 9:30pm on 27-04-25.
The unlimited tea offered whole day were great and flavours changes during our 3 nights stay. So as their late night desserts.
Location is perfect, right in between the old and new town. Breakfast is an a la carts menu, mostly noodles with one western breakfast option.
Washing machine room is one of the best we’ve seen in the country. No dryer, just washer, but there is a dedicated drying section.
There are also foot tea bath provided that relaxes the feet at night. Lots if TV channel to view for free too! Best places to rest if you have elderly parents for the long journey.

We had a very good experience with Babymoon Hotel. Situated in 金马碧鸡坊, the location of the place is very central to 南屏步行街. Although the location may seem far from the metro, it is very convenient if you didi around. There is a short rocky path - little experience of the how the old town is like, but rest assured that it is quite manageable with luggages. I really appreciate all of the assistance and patience rendered by the team - from getting my parcel from one month before my date of stay, to sending parcels within the country, and being patient when we decided to cancel their airport service because we couldn't wait any longer, all of these acts of service made our stay so enjoyable.
Within the room, you can see the nice little touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Although the room may not be the most spacious, the extra bottles of water to keep you hydrated, extra hair ties, tea and coffee for you to enjoy in your room were all nice touches.
Overall, I am deeply touched by the team's effort in making our stay so enjoyable. Great effort!

Very great service, woke up late and requested for breakfast set to be served to the room. It was delivered within 10 mins. Also able to check out slightly late without putting in request.
Many services (delivery, light supper) and daily items (e.g. disposable shaver, stationery) that you can request for.
Nanping street is only opposite. Very convenient

Choosing babymoon hotel was the best choice of our first stay in kunming. Location was accessible to famous street like nan qiang. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel room was good too except the window wasn’t sound proof so can hear people talking outside the window. Overall, it was a great stay here.

Everything about out stay at the hotel was outstanding. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Our room was extraordinarily decorated, stocked with essentials, and away from the elevator as requested. We will definitely be back to stay on our next trip to Kunming.

We are happy to stay here and everything is good. Breakfast is delicious. Bedding is comfortable . Staff always forget to offer the hot drink to us every morning it seems they are so busy.. The only thing that we do not like is to give us a gift for a good comment you should not worry about that. You should worry about your service. If that gift give us just because we stay several nights then we are happy .
