Overall the hotel is great except the room has a mild smell. Maybe it’s me being very sensitive to smell. But not too bad considering I’m only staying for 1 night.
The entrance to the hotel lobby is right next to a convenience shop and you don’t have to enter the mall, so no need to worry about mall opening hours if you’re checking in late at night.

The location is very easy to find, and front desk staff are friendly. The room is clean and they provided plenty of drinking water as the weather in Yunnan is dry.

It's not the same Mercure Hotel I know of. Terrible staff was giggling and discussing our foreign passports. The rooms had cockroaches, and bedsheets had stains.

The hotel is warm in service, clean and tidy, with warm and spacious rooms and excellent geographical location.Shopping is very convenient nearby, there are many snacks downstairs, eating is also very convenient, travel is convenient, receptionist.Very satisfied, I recommend it here.
