Hotel staff went the extra mile to help me extend my late check out to 2pm and even waive the additional fees when I extended to 3pm. Location is great but areas of improvement include further sound proofing of rooms cause can hear traffic and when other rooms close and open their door the sound is pretty loud. Can also hear when people walk past my room, cause mine was located near to the lift. Also also more equal leveling of the ramps & lifts for easier pulling of luggage.

Place is very convenient, hotel located in front of a small road, check in upstairs. Room is spacious. Drinking water bottles are free to guests. On the other hand, the place shown a bit dated esp the broken lamp,loose water pipes.

Super helpful concierge team that helped us to receive our taobao packages. Room was clean and look the same as photos in trip. Breakfast was one of the more decent ones that we had in the trip. And nearby there were two great massage places. Will definitely stay there again if I were to be back at lijiang
