This is the worst star hotel service I have ever stayed in the country. There is nothing good about this hotel except that it is cheap. The hotel has been newly renovated, but the service is even worse than that of a county-level guesthouse. It is far from being comparable to a five-star hotel, and it can't even compare to the Hongta Hotel which is in the same system. Such service is simply not living up to the decoration, especially the service at the front desk is the worst. A hotel that saves costs by sacrificing the guest experience can probably only rely on group guests or group subsidies to survive! This is a scam. I checked in at 5am and received a 400 deposit. The front desk didn't tell me to check out before 2am, otherwise I would be charged half a day's room rate.
