非常的好，前台會盡一切滿足客人的需求，辦理入住時非常熱情的介紹酒店，温泉早餐時間並送上一杯很貼心的大棗枸杞茶，酒店環境好冬天泡温泉舒服，房間乾淨衞生，床品舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，還有浴缸搭配了温泉水，非常舒適，早餐豐富，中西式都有，還有雲南特色美食。有什麼需求聯繫前台都能夠很快響應並積極協助處理。這次來入住，很贊👍。

Amazing stay here at this hotel, staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. All our requests were quickly fulfilled and the hotel is just great. The bath has natural hot spring water and everything is clean. Highly recommend!

前台工作人員辦理入住時特別耐心細緻，主動把酒店的温泉開放時間、最佳體驗時段講清楚。 房間更是讓人驚喜，整體乾淨整潔，沒有衞生死角，佈置得温馨又舒適。房間裏面配備的歡迎水果很新鮮，鮮花特別的醒目。最愛的就是酒店提供免費無限次温泉，隨時想泡就能去，簡直太爽了！放出來的都是温泉水，泡完渾身舒暢，疲憊感瞬間消失。早餐也完全沒讓人失望，品類特別豐富，熱菜、涼菜、點心、飲品一應俱全，口味在線，能滿足不同人的需求。這次入住從服務到設施再到餐飲都無可挑剔，下次來這邊肯定還選。
