Check in is faster and easier. Location is great only walking distance to Kunming railway station. Room is super clean and spacious. Great value for money. Recommended and definitely will check in here again when come to Kunming.

Hotel is basic. Comfortable bed. Value for money for a one night stay. Very old building and would require upgrade. Breakfast was very very simple. Not worth it to get the breakfast there. Might as well go buy MacDonald which is 5mins walk only.

I will not comment on amenities as I had only stayed for a night but overall affordable and cost effective for those with a tight budget. Rooms are equipped with most required facilities but note there are charges on requests for ‘additional’ items for the room.

Major problems are (1) the room doesn't even have air condition, they only give you a fan that can only turn to as low as 24 degrees Celsius, (2) the shower door can't shut tight, so the bathroom floor will get all wet after shower, (3) the wifi is extremely unstable and slow.
