Very nice hotel, nice room, nice staff and good breakfast. The staff help us to book Didi because we are not used to the apps. Across the road have Jaracanda trees that you can take photos.

They call it dreamscape, I call it nightmare. The hotel is not international friendly at all as they speak 0 English and even then we tried to communicate through the translator they were incompetent to help us. The overall state of the hotel is not good also: hard mattress and pillows, no noise insolation (we heard our neighbour snoring as if he was sleeping in our room and were awaken by noises in the corridor) cracks on the floor. Don’t recommend at all

Super clean, polite staff, location is out of the tourist city area, but is walking distance from subway and train station. Chinese breakfast available everyday. Easy to find, located on main street, in front of a pedestrian brigde.

we returned from our trip to Shangri-La and claimed our bulky luggage which we deposited a week ago at the hotel. it was well taken care of. the room is cozy and two floors higher than we stayed last time. it has a better view. the staff are helpful and friendly. we were served tea when we arrived. we asked for a room power supply card and it was given to us for our convenience. the hotel is well located, it is near to the kunming railway station, Kunming metro and popular tourist attractions.

Very nice cozy and lovely hotel. Floral tea, Welcome drink provided. Very delicious breakfast. Comfortable mattress. I would recommend this hotel for next stay!

Nice clean modern hotel. 10min walk to South Ring Rd metro station. Nearly restaurants and lots of junk food stalls along the main road.
Staff are super friendly and attentive.
Room is clean and spacious.
