很滿意，位置也好，又安靜。衞生總的也還是可以的，就是被套和床單材質推薦可以換更舒服軟一點點的，有點粗糙磨皮膚。然後到處打掃都很乾凈，衹是可能上個住客跟我們一樣在客廳吃外賣了，桌子玻璃下面還有一些油漬。房東態度也特別好，稍微延了會沒有額外加錢。

入住有點小問題，這是小區單獨的一棟，我們找錯地方了，來來回回幾次，不過環境挺不錯，第二天就去了動物園耍

舊小區，設施老舊，沒有空調，熱水器供應不及時，4個人不夠洗，很吵。床鋪泛黃，睡着身上會癢。一分錢一分貨吧

民宿位置特別方便旁邊就是同德和白雲路地鐵站，房間衞生乾淨特別舒服，而且房東解決問題特別快，一開始Wi-Fi有點網絡不好我和房東講之後三分鐘都沒有就解決好了，來昆明必住這家民宿

地理位置很好，出小區走3️⃣分鐘就到商場。性價比高，小孩子很喜歡。房東服務也不錯，下單後提前打電話聯繫我們加微信發定位。

停車費有點子貴，有一間房是空心石膏板擱的，隔音很差。其他房間還不錯，門板和木地板都有些舊，地板聲音比較大。投影可以看，客廳也還不錯，比較有氛圍感。
