Impressed all the hotel-men especially this guy
He was kindly help me call the taxi and carried my stuff to the main road
This hotel is perfect for person who prefer a kind of sufficient service , it is not luxury at all.
I guessed there is only 1 in charge for hotel service in a period of 8 hours or 12 hours and one for cleaning and bedding and one for breakfast

Nice dark themed hotel with a simple breakfast. Room was clean and the home theater was amazing. The location is a bit hard to find. But I'd still recommend!!

Perfect place to stay and I get room upgrade for free!
The only bad thing is they don’t have laundry machine so quite expensive to wash outside

What a gem! Loved this hotel, the style and attention to detail are fantastic.
It is tucked away from the road so there is no horrible traffic noise.
Comfortable bed, projector instead of TV and a beautiful bath tub.
We only had breakfast once, we were late so given toast, eggs and coffee which was appreciated.
Staff were very quiet but also helpful and polite.

Maybe the best Service that i have ever experienced . We have made a wechat group and the hotel stuff was always ready to reply every of my question, helped with locations in the city , even told me the location of H&M :)
About the hotel: I SLEPT WELL (what is not usual in a hotel) The walls are thick so u never hear someone aisle. Bed is the perfect softness , mattresses are new, pillows too! The amenities of the hotel are in a very cool retro style. The Wai Mai ( food delivery) is very quick to this location.
My overall experience of this hotel is five star ⭐️ I repeat again the most important thing that you need from a hotel is a good well rested night sleep and you get it here, i have stayed 8 nights !

, with a high cost-effectiveness. At first, we saw the comments saying it was difficult to find and were confused. After placing the order, the front desk contacted us, sent the address, and even came to the parking lot to pick us up. The room I originally booked did not include breakfast, but they also sent one. The English I chose was a bit dry. If you like soft and textured food, you can choose their French toast. The most exciting thing is that there is a washing machine and dryer. I have been out for a long time and have accumulated a lot of dirty clothes. Washing and packing them is a perfect end to this trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Kunming!
