There were all kinds of hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet was hard to sit on. The bed was comfortable and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was nice. The floor was not cleaned properly and the kettle was too big to use. Is the front desk service ok?

I go there every month on business trips and have stayed here many times. This was the worst experience. I changed hotels on a two-day business trip.
First, the air conditioner didn't work well. It blew cold air in the middle of winter. I called twice to adjust the temperature but it never came up. The shower head was broken and leaked everywhere.
The location near the kitchen smells very fumes in the morning. I will not live there again.

The room is very spacious, the projection effect is good, and the children are very satisfied. The front desk service is good and they will take the initiative to bring yogurt for the children. The room service is hard to describe. I just checked in and found some dust. I politely asked for it to be cleaned. The first thing the waiter said was: the floor was mopped. The dust is because of the bedding. No apology at all and no intention of cleaning. Finally, I asked him to get the mop and I cleaned it myself.
