The first stop of Yunnan tour is Kunming. Ctrip picked this high-scoring hotel. It really lived up to its reputation. The front desk lady was very professional and checked in quickly. She also upgraded the room considerately. All the hotel service staff were very enthusiastic. From a cup of rose drink at the door to the recommendation of taxi apps, they were all very heartwarming. The room was a high-end brand from bedding to toiletries. There were buckwheat pillows and memory pillows. Breakfast had the same chicken soup rice noodles and broken crispy buns recommended in the must-eat list. It was highly recommended. It was worth the trip! When traveling in Yunnan, I chose to stay in this hotel. The location and transportation are relatively convenient. It is not far from Kunming scenic spots. The hotel service is good. I checked into the hotel on April 28, 2025. As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I felt a design style that perfectly blended French elegance with Japanese sophistication. Three sweet front desk ladies warmly welcomed me and specially arranged a room in a quiet area for me to ensure that I could enjoy a peaceful night. They not only pushed the luggage in person, but also guided me to the room and introduced the facilities in the room in detail. Their warm smiles and thoughtful service made this stay worth the money. After returning to the room, I found that the table was filled with carefully prepared desserts and snacks, which made people feel particularly warm and truly felt at home. The next morning, when I enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant, the rich dishes and delicious food were eye-catching. The decoration of the restaurant is also unique. While tasting the food and appreciating the restaurant design with my partner, we also curiously discussed the identity of the investor and learned that he was an authentic Yunnanese. The location of the hotel is very good. The entrance of the parking lot is close to the traffic light intersection of the main road. There are many parking spaces, but no one manages it, and there is no porter to help carry the luggage. The service staff at the front desk and the restaurant are very good, and the service is also in place. Thumbs up! My wife likes the window in the room very much, which is a good place to drink tea and enjoy the scenery. I prefer the desk, which is convenient for me to handle short work with my laptop. The layout of the bathroom is well designed, and all the facilities are intact and feel relatively new. The big bed is very comfortable and the bedding is also very good. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is quite good. The restaurant waiter also helps to make coffee, thank you!
