I really don't understand the elevator. The card swiping doesn't work at all. It's so troublesome to go in and out. The room type is the worst I've ever stayed in at any Seasons Hotel. It can be described as long and narrow. It’s not smart, like the climate humidifier that Kunming should have. It made me unable to sleep all night.

It's my first time staying at the Four Seasons Hotel. From the lobby layout to the design, everything is very satisfactory. The service is very good. I like the book bar on the first floor.

The front desk was very considerate and attentive when checking in, and the service attitude was also very good. After checking in, the room was also very clean. By the way, the shower in the bathroom had a really strong flow, which was very good. I really liked it. The breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the room, only pictures of the breakfast.
