It was a very bad experience. The hotel deducted my room fee at 11am before I checked out. However, when placing an order with Ctrip, the default method was to stay first and pay later, so the payment would be deducted after I checked out. I have traveled to many cities and stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I have been "driven" or "forced" to leave the hotel. The service is so bad 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Breakfast is also very simple, just 2 stir-fried dishes and rice noodles.

I checked in on October 11. Someone rang the hotel room doorbell at 3 a.m. on October 14. I thought I rang the doorbell by mistake and ignored it. Then around 3:50, I rang again, which woke me up. I called at 4 o'clock out of fear. The front desk of the hotel reported that they would deal with the complaint after receiving it. At 4:03, the doorbell of the room was rang again. I called the front desk of the hotel again and said that I wanted to call the police. The front desk said that the person seen on the surveillance camera must be drunk and that I would notify him immediately. Security will handle it. In order to understand the progress of the hotel's processing, I called the hotel front desk again at 4:21 and learned that the man was a resident on the 6th floor and was drunk. Other guests had complained before. The hotel security had sent him back to his room once, but he came out again. Harassment, the hotel said there was nothing they could do. If men are not afraid of the hotel's passive handling, they can stay. Girls are advised not to stay. The hotel will not care about your safety, nor will it take the initiative to deal with the problem. I don’t know the relationship between this man and the hotel, otherwise why would he ring the doorbell again right after I made the call? In short, he will never go near this hotel again.

The room is not soundproof at all. I could hear the neighbors making phone calls, washing in the bathroom, and the flushing of the drain in the room above all all night. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel with absolutely no soundproofing facilities. The hotel does not have a parking lot. There are only a few cars parked under the hotel. If there is no space, you have to park in the parking lot opposite the hotel. It is too difficult to park with luggage.
