Even if the room fee for one night was refunded at my strong request, this disregard for the guests' dietary taboos not only exposed the unprofessional service, but also made me worried. After informing the nut allergy, the other party said lightly that the nut crumbs in the afternoon tea "can be wiped off by yourself if you mind", completely unaware of the seriousness of the allergy problem. In the end, although it was remade, it was difficult to eliminate my dissatisfaction. The service process was also chaotic. At 4 pm on the first day of stay, the staff called to ask whether the lease was renewed and whether cleaning was needed. This made me realize that the room had not been cleaned all day! Back in the room, the withered flowers in the vase, the dusty landline phone and the wardrobe all showed the perfunctory details. The damaged refrigerator was a "fatal blow". The carefully selected strawberries and mulberries all rotted after being placed in it overnight, which not only wasted the ingredients but also ruined my good mood. Such poor service is seriously inconsistent with the high ranking of the platform. I hope that the merchants can face the problem and actively rectify it, and don't let the high score become a "false label" that misleads consumers!
