No complaints at all. Everything is perfect. Especially Ms Ma Jingjing. She not only arrange a taxi at 6am in the morning, on the morning itself, she led us to the taxi! That is really appreciated.
As for the hotel, no complaint: clean, big beds, gym with just a treadmill and bicycle, free laundry with washer and dryer. Shilin night market is just front of hotel.

The hotel is clean and very near to night market and food, there is a small shopping belt just below the hotel. The only thing that can be improved further is the location of the hotel entrance drop off via DiDi, they just drop you along the roadside which you need to walk maybe for an estimate of 150m. Not sure why the drivers cannot find the way to the entrance of the hotel.. maybe it’s the DiDi app map issue. Overall the hotel is great

This is very clean and neat hotel with all amenities for travellers. Just walk out of hotel, there are so many food stalls, souvenir shops etc. Very convenient location. Will stay again if come to Kunming!

Great customer service from the front desk.
The room was spacious and clean with modern amenities.
Breakfast was a wide selection of good food.
The hotel location was great being across the street from large selection of food vendors.
Also a short taxi ride to the railway station.
I’ll definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at the Ibis Kunming South Railway Station Hotel. The location is fantastic, near the South Railway Station and a lively night market. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, even using translation apps to assist us. The check-in was quick, and food delivery to the room was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and excellent service.

Great room, very big and comfy bed, 10-15 mins by car from the train station, many food options just in front of the hotel. Good breakfast with both sweet and salty options for a low price. Staff does not speak any english but willing to help.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel is located right next to a night market and close to the Kunming South train station. Breakfast has a lot of food options, though I wish they was coffee available.
The "gym" is just a stationary bike and a treadmill. Some weights would be nice, but if you don't mind this (and the coffee), the hotel is perfect for an overnight stay in Kunming.
