Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

It was a great stay. The villa's own hot spring was perfect. The pool was large and could be filled with water twice. Birthday decorations were also arranged for the children?
The staff had a sense of service and would actively provide help. The staff of the public hot spring were also very enthusiastic. The hotel's housekeeper responded to every request and even sent bath towels to the designated pool, saving us from soaking for a long time and getting our bathrobes wet. Breakfast was eaten in the Western restaurant by the infinity pool. The scenery was great. The staff would actively ask about our needs and always serve with a smile. Thumbs up.
I deducted a few points for the room design. One of the two bedrooms was relatively small, with a bed of only 1.5 meters, and there was only one bathroom, which was not very convenient. The outdoor space was amazing, with a hot spring pool, swings, pavilions, and grass.
By the way, the buffet at the hot spring center was great. It was only 68, but it was delicious and full of Yunnan flavor. This Kunming person had a great time.

Good, the environment is very good and the children like it. They can soak in the pool in the room all day and have fun. The rain is very strong and the bath is very comfortable. But the whole decoration feels a bit old and the mattress is too hard.

The service is very detailed and meticulous. I needed a shoe horn, but there was none in the room. I called the front desk and immediately borrowed one from somewhere else;
I met Wang Chunhua in the restaurant and asked if she slept well. I casually said that the bed was too hard, and someone came to thicken the mattress immediately. I was touched.
I also thanked the handsome guy (forgot his name) who provided meticulous service, and the girl with glasses at the front desk.
However, given that the check-out time was too strict, I decided that next time I come, I must stay here for a few nights before going to other places, so as not to wait for hours at the airport for the return flight.

The room I stayed in was a villa. It was built on a hilltop along the half slope. It was relatively quiet. The facilities inside were relatively new. Very clean and sanitary. The hot spring pool was large and water was delivered twice a day. The service was good and available on call. The outside was mainly a hot spring pool, all on the hillside along the road. Breakfast was OK in the restaurant on the top of the mountain. The waiters were warm and polite. One of them (named Huang Chunhua) was quite warm, positive and polite.
The shortcomings were: 1. The scenery on the top of the mountain was more beautiful when you looked at the lake, and the scenery on the other half was worse, all of which were farmland covered with white film and unfinished buildings. 2. Pay attention when booking a two-bedroom room. There is a two-bedroom villa with only one bathroom. If you want two bathrooms, it will be much more expensive. I don't know what the design considerations are.
