The hotel is conveniently located near Kunming Railway Station, with many dining options nearby. The front desk staff, especially one lady, provided excellent service. I didn't want a corner room, so she upgraded me. The room also had a projector and a nice view from the floor-to-ceiling window. It was a very comfortable stay, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Kunming.

ShanyaojiechudeshuangzizuoTraveling with kids and elderly family members during the holidays, the staff were all very polite. The family room we booked was spacious, and the amenities for kids were a thoughtful touch. We also received breakfast vouchers and hot spring tickets, which the children absolutely loved. They even gave the kids toys upon check-out, which was a very nice gesture. Definitely worth staying here.
