這家酒店真心讓人眼前一亮！一進房間，簡潔現代的裝修風格就給人一種舒適的感覺，空間利用得恰到好處，既不擁擠也不空曠。走廊和浴室的設計特別貼心，乾濕分離的淋浴間乾淨又安全，細節處的清潔和維護都做得非常到位，房間的設施很齊全，從衣架到迷你吧枱一應俱全，熱水壺和水杯的擺放也很方便，床品柔軟舒適，睡了一晚幾乎沒有任何噪音干擾，保證了高質量的休息，辦公區域的燈光和桌椅也很適合工作或閲讀，窗簾的遮光效果很好，完全不用擔心被光線打擾，整個入住體驗非常順暢，工作人員態度友好、服務周到，無論是辦理入住還是退房都很高效（特別點贊給我辦理入住的小姐姐），從衞生到設施，從服務到環境，每一處都體現了酒店的用心。下次再來這個城市，這家酒店絕對是我的首選！

感受特別差，兩個點，首先這上面的電話都是機器錄音，怎麼撥也撥不進去，讓我沒法提前確認訊息。
其次，入住後前台給我一間窗户衹有一半的房間，上面一半都是牆體，採光特別不好。我入住前還專門交代給我一間採光好的房間。然後我打電話問能否換房，結果前台告訴我所有房間都一樣，我衹能住下。誰知道我走的時候看到其他房間都是正常的大窗户，衹有我那一間是這樣？再回頭看這上面的宣傳圖片，就是故意給我一間最次的房間？！太過分了！
