The biggest surprise was a Starbucks right at the entrance on the ground floor. She was very warm and enthusiastic from the moment we walked in, giving a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and nearby recommendations so we never felt lost. What touched me most was that she proactively upgraded us to a 270-degree view room — truly so thoughtful! 🌃 The View Room Was Totally Worth It The view from the upgraded room was stunning. The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows made the whole room so bright. At night you could see Suzhou's city lights — beautiful and perfect for photos ✨ Staying in this room was absolutely worth it! 💯 Overall Summary This stay was truly satisfying — from location to service to the room view, everything exceeded expectations. This is the hotel friends will keep asking about. Next time I visit Suzhou, I'll definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is brand new, with Crowne Plaza on the 1st floor and Holiday Inn on the 2nd. We specifically chose Crowne Plaza this time for the bathtub. The recreational facilities are shared with the Holiday Inn. What really impressed me was the swimming pool. Picture 2 shows the gym lobby, which is beautifully decorated, and the equipment inside is quite good; the Patriot hairdryer, for example, is just as effective as some more famous brands. Breakfast felt a bit rushed, though. If you go down around 9:40 AM, many items aren't replenished, but the pan-fried buns at breakfast were incredibly delicious. Despite the high guest traffic, I never once had to wait or feel crowded in the elevators. The service was excellent. Among all the hotels I've stayed in recently, this one had the cleanest rooms, and the bedding was great, making for a very comfortable sleep. The crib, an IKEA one, was also very good. The hotel's service is also excellent, and they even provide car charging. The location is also fantastic; I heard it's very close to Line 11, so next time I might even take the subway to stay here."

"First, the price doesn't include breakfast. Second, it was newly renovated, and the formaldehyde smell is extremely strong; there's no formaldehyde removal equipment in the room. Third, the soundproofing is poor; I can clearly hear the toilet flushing in the upstairs room. Some good reviews mentioned convenient parking and charging stations on the basement level, but when I arrived, the underground parking wasn't even open to the public yet—these reviews are obviously fake. The only good thing is the decent service at the front desk. I wrote this review seriously to provide a reference for other readers."

"This hotel is right by Dianshan Lake. I came for a weekend getaway by myself and chose the Sheraton by the lake. The front desk lady, Lynn, was super nice and upgraded my room and even gave me complimentary breakfast. She checked in on my needs throughout my stay and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Huge thanks to her! The hotel is newly opened, just 25 years old, and the rooms are really clean with a fantastic view directly overlooking Dianshan Lake. It's also very close to Rainbow Bridge. There's an exit on the first floor of the hotel, so you don't have to walk all the way around; you can just step out onto the embankment and follow it straight to Rainbow Bridge. The scenery along the way is beautiful. In the evening, I had the crayfish buffet at the hotel. The crayfish were quite fresh, and there was a good variety. My only minor complaints are that the restaurant is a bit small and the food service was a little slow. The breakfast also tasted good. My only regret is that it rained all weekend, so I didn't get to see the sunset. I'll definitely have to come back another time to catch it!"
