Our experience was bad. Travelling in so many places in China, this was by fat the worst. It was DIRTY, especially the floor with tones of dust, dirt, a slipper and some other paper. One of the towel was also dirty. The window was broken and we couldnt sleep because of the noise. The ceiling had many holes covered by toilet paper. We stayed for 3 Nights and there was only 1 toilet paper! Maybe some rooms are ok, but ours was the worst and most expensive we ve ever been. Photos were misleading.

很好的一家店，門口就能看到夜景和遊船。老闆可以來停車場接送，非常nice。位置也非常好，離大牌坊很近。值得推薦的一家店。

周莊真的很不錯，小而精。民宿也很好，位置開窗就是河，本來定錯了房間客服給免費升級。對象還拍了古裝照片，很好一次體驗。

Ưu điểm: Phòng rộng, n*** cổng chính của trấn nên di chuyển thuận tiện
Nhược điểm: Dịch vụ rất kém. Mình đến nhận phòng sau 2PM nhưng quầy lễ tân không có 1 ai, mặc dù có nhân viên dọn vệ sinh nhưng khi mình gọi thì không một ai thưa, thậm chí khi mình hỏi bằng tiếng Anh và sử dụng GG translate để hỏi thì nhân viên không biết tiếng Anh nên quay đít đi thẳng MẶC KỆ mình. Mình gọi điện cho chủ homestay thì hẹn mình chờ 5 phút nhưng thực tế mình phải chờ đến tận 30 phút hơn thì chủ homestay mới đến. Sau đó mình vẫn chưa được nhận phòng, mà lại bảo mình chờ thêm 30 phút nữa để dọn dẹp phòng vì họ CHƯA CÓ DỌN PHÒNG cho khách checkin ngày hôm nay. ***, mình đi chơi thủng thẳng đến hơn 4PM quay lại, OK, phòng đã dọn xong nhưng ví dụ như đèn xông tinh dầu không có tinh dầu, phòng có tea tasting nhưng hộp trà cũng lại hết nhẵn 🙃
