I booked a room for a client on the night of 11/6 and left on 11/7. The invoice could not be issued online and had to be issued offline. Ctrip clearly stated on its website that the hotel issued the invoice offline, but they did not allow me to issue it and asked me to find a platform to issue it. They deliberately made things difficult for me when issuing the invoice. The front desk service attitude was too bad. In addition, the security guard outside the door was also very bad. He told him that the hotel would issue the invoice, but he was not allowed to park. He was only allowed to park after a quarrel. It is not that all government offices deliberately make things difficult for people, but that the government agencies are really terrible.

I checked out one day in advance and my deposit was returned. But the platform refused to let me check out, so I couldn't book the next trip. They said they couldn't contact the night shift staff... speechless

The hotel is nice and clean, but it is a little old and the facilities are a little outdated. It feels like a hotel designated by the government for hospitality. The hotel is in a good location, a quiet place in Kunshan. It is very convenient for travel. When I checked out the next morning, I had a bowl of Kunshan specialty Aozao noodles on the first floor of the hotel. It was delicious. I went there at 6:30 just when the noodle shop opened and ate the first soup noodles. Great 👍🏻 I will stay there again next time I go to Kunshan.

The room is very small and the service is very poor. I booked extra breakfast. As I was in a hurry, I went to the front desk to inquire about the breakfast. The waiter stood there for five minutes without doing anything or responding. I saw that the breakfast was ready. I negotiated with the restaurant waiter through the glass to eat five minutes earlier, but it was not allowed. The extra meal fee was wasted and the experience was affected.
