還是不錯的，放假很大，但是沒幾間房子。衞生間挺乾淨的。總體來説還是可以的。酒店位置也是很不錯的。很好的。

1、酒店房間隔音差：隔壁房間講話可清晰聽見、走廊的腳步聲也可以聽見、淋浴間的水聲也可以聽見；
2、設備很一般，特別是淋浴間的花灑出水温度不恆定，忽高忽低，洗澡十分不方便；
3、夜間酒店服務人員對於酒店的休息管理差…凌晨有人呼喊、大聲講話無人管理，嚴重影響休息；
4、因酒店原因導致 取消續房，扣費不合理

如家昆山北门店一如既往的好。辦理入住時同樣送上一杯茶。這次入住發現房间又多了一台空氣清淨機，並提供4瓶水。這次來發現北门路上又新開了二家酒店，但下次再來，我還是會選擇如家。

房間乾淨通透，服務態度極好笑臉相迎很温馨，特別要表揚前台和打掃502房間的服務員，當天我們一早就離開了酒店值到中午後才發現2個戒指忘在房間，焦急的聯繫酒店，不到五分鐘前台就來電告知戒指找到了，當拿到失而復得戒指時我們很感慨：酒店不僅硬件設施好，員工的思想素質也特別棒，這種急客人所急，為客人着想的服務精神值得表揚。

房間很乾凈，隔音也很好，十分適合我這種商務人士，重點是前台服務員小羅好客氣哦，離開前還給了一瓶水，説一了一句天氣熱得多喝水，十分感謝也十分窩心。

房間乾淨，但是我的那個房間隔壁就是廚房，早上6點就被吵醒了。阿姨們説話很大聲，開門力氣也大。那個房間不建議拿來當房間。

房間裏面有煙味，散煙效果不好吧。隔音差了點，常常聽到外面大聲説話，深夜影響睡眠。沒有吃早餐，其他很好。

超級超級超級離譜，訂的家庭房，一般都是攜長者孩子出行，但是所有家庭房電梯都不能直達，還需要再爬一層樓，沒聽過哪家如家是這樣搞的
第一，未提前告知我們需要爬樓，第二，家庭房樓層設定不合理，第三，後來辦理退房的時候，錢款一直未到賬，還是後來想起來了打電話催，都過了半個月了，非常差的一次體驗
