Kunshan Jiading District Hotels

The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a tatami room, though it wasn't particularly spacious. However, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. We found hair in the sink even before using it, and the cups were cracked and hadn't been replaced. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, but there weren't enough chairs in the restaurant, so we had to share tables with strangers during peak times. The soundproofing was decent, though being located next to a main road, some traffic noise was unavoidable. Overall, it was a good stay!

A last minute booking. Very good value; a decent sized room with a pleasing view out my window.. Bed was comfortable and the shower worked well, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a little disappointing😞. Nice little roof terrace for sitting in the evening and just chilling.

The room is very hygienic, the sound insulation effect is also good, and the facilities are very complete. It is suitable for couples traveling, business people, business trips, family travel, etc. The hotel front desk is also good, and the check-in speed is fast. It is not bad for any hotel under the Huazhu Club

As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I fell in love with this tasteful hotel. I originally planned to stay for only two days, but ended up staying so long that I had to leave Shanghai. Even though it is a long way to the center of Shanghai, it is worth it. The hotel has the convenience of a business hotel and the service of a high-end hotel. My husband commented that it is the most satisfactory hotel he has ever stayed in. The front desk staff is very professional, polite and enthusiastic. The room is on a high floor, spacious, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the chef's noodles are good. My husband said that he finally had a bowl of cooked noodles.

The room is clean and the environment is comfortable. Hygiene: Hygienic conditions are good. Service: The service attitude is nothing to say, very good. A bowl of noodles for two people late at night: having noodles and company. Facilities: The facilities are very new, and the water is sufficient and hot when flushing.

There was nothing executive in a executive room. Lower to basic in China. I thoght executive lounge was included, but they don’t have it.    Service was good and they has an English speking person available for tourists.  The location is good close to subway station and many restaurants. It was convinient place to stay during F1 weekend as the trafic is lighter to this direction.  Breakfast was below Chinese avarage, but ok.

The front desk checked in quickly, and the moment you entered the door, you can feel the enthusiasm of the staff. The hotel's services will also be introduced in detail. During the stay, the staff responded promptly to additional needs, always with a smile, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. The mattress in the room is moderately soft and hard to fit the body curve, the quilt is light and soft, breathable, and the pillow core is of suitable height, which brought me a deep sleep. The air-conditioning temperature control is accurate, the wind speed is adjustable, the noise is very small, and it is humanized with the change of weather temperature. The sound insulation effect of the room is also good. When the door is closed, it will not be disturbed by the outside world. The facilities are complete, with a smart toilet and a 24-hour free self-service laundry room. There are two options: a hanging iron and an iron, which allows you to iron freely when you are away from home; the breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western dishes, a healthy breakfast, and balanced nutrition; there are also fresh fruits and special drinks. Waffles made on site by Blue Friends meet personalized needs.

There was a female staff at the front desk with a very bad service attitude. She was watching videos during working hours and refused to give me an extra room card. She was very unprofessional. The male staff was very nice, enthusiastic and professional. The room I arranged was at the end of the corridor on the top floor. It took a long time to get out of the elevator and pass through the stairwell. It was very scary. I will not stay here again.

The all-season service is still online. The receptionist is very enthusiastic and also provides a souvenir for check-in. This time I came to watch the F1 race and chose Anting Station, which is very close to the international circuit. The subway is opposite. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic about consulting the nearby supporting facilities. Five-star praise

I came to Jiading with my family to watch the F1 race on the weekend. Every time I go to Shanghai, I stay at Xiyue Hotel in Shanghai, so I chose it this time when I came to Jiading. Very, very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel combines the details of Chinese classical landscaping and the essence of minimalism to create a quiet and elegant space. If you are not in a hurry to go to the racetrack, you can really enjoy this leisurely time in the hotel! I would like to thank the handsome guy Xiao Shao at the front desk. His service is really great! Knowing that we are going to the stadium to watch the game, he took the initiative to help us check the route to the stadium and the approximate time required, taught us to use the membership to buy breakfast coupons, helped carry the luggage and sent us upstairs, and sent welcome fruits to let us feel the excellent service experience. I will continue to stay at Xiyue Hotel in Jiading in the future and look forward to meeting you next time.
