"I stayed in a double bed room without a window and was genuinely impressed. Despite the lack of natural light, the room was clean, well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet—great for a restful sleep after a day exploring Shanghai. The bed was firm and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and amenities like the shower and toiletries were high-quality for this price range. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, People’s Square, and several metro lines. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions are right around the corner. Staff were helpful and check-in was smooth even for a non-Chinese speaker. For the price, convenience, and comfort, I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a practical base in central Shangh"

"The room was clean, new, and good value for the price. The hotel is located near Pudong Airport and offers a shuttle service, but the shuttles are infrequent, not every hour. At certain times, there’s only one shuttle per hour, so you need to manage your time carefully. What was disappointing was when I spoke to the hotel and told them I was running to the pickup point at 2 AM. The bus left right in front of me, and I was less than 15 seconds late. The driver of the next shuttle saw me running and waving from a distance but didn’t inform the departing bus. The hotel staff I spoke to also didn’t help by notifying the driver. This made me waste another hour waiting. It was really frustrating. It might be better to find a hotel with more frequent shuttle services."
