Very close to the Railway station and big shopping malls. Unfortunate that the first room offered had not been cleaned properly but was switched to another room pretty fast. Gym is ok. Staff is friendly. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

You won't go wrong choosing the Jinling brand in Jiangsu. The facilities and services are of five-star standard. Ms. Chen from the housekeeping department thoughtfully sent homemade yogurt. A male staff member from the catering department was also easy to communicate with. The hotel was also very tolerant of children's meals. It is worth staying. The Japanese food and teppanyaki grill for dinner are recommended, but the vegetables in the small hot pot and the stir-fried dishes for Chinese food need to be improved in quality.

After a year, I came to Kunshan to eat hairy crabs again and stayed in this restaurant again. I still give it a good review! Because I bought hairy crabs and couldn't steam them in the room, the hotel staff helped me steam them and prepared shredded ginger, soy sauce and vinegar for us, saying that they are more delicious when eaten together! In the evening, the restaurant provides free buns and porridge. I saw that it was written: Late-night porridge arrives, and you can get this gift package if you book through Ctrip! Next year when I come to Kunshan, I will stay in this restaurant again!

This was our second trip in 3 months. The staff at the reception when signing us in and clarifying our passports were quiet rude this time. They were confused and kept insisting our passports were expired. They kept saying silly things in Chinese assuming we didn't understand. I am living in china for 6 Years and last time I have been home was Feb 2023. They kept reading this date and saying it was wrong even though it clearly shows I entered china again after a holiday on the date. Despite this we still enjoyed the stay. I must applaud the staff at breakfast. They were friendly at all times and spoke English quite well. Always smiling unlike those ladies at the reception. We wanted to book in again in two weeks but may re think this.

On a business trip to Kunshan, the hotel is close to the tax bureau, only a 10-minute walk at most. There are residential areas nearby and the location is relatively convenient. Kunshan Taxation Bureau has a subway station. There is also breakfast included, which is more convenient and you don’t have to go out to eat alone. Not satisfied with the location of the room, the girl at the front desk changed it promptly.

The lady at the front desk was very considerate. The weather outside was very cold. When I checked in, she poured me hot tea, which was very comfortable to drink. She patiently introduced me and upgraded the room for me for free. The room was clean and hygienic, the mattress was very comfortable, and the breakfast was also very rich. I will choose to stay in the hotel next time

The front desk service is very good. I went out and helped to wash my clothes and put them in the room. The key is that there is an ice machine at the front desk in summer to solve my problem. It is very good.
