A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

Just returned from 10 days in Kunshan staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel. Appreciated the clean and comfortable facilities sprinkled with art, flowers and artifacts, great food at the inhouse restaurants and walking distance to recreation and entertainment. The staff however are their secret weapon!!! Everyone (whether room attendant, server or front office staff) were always smiling, willing to assist and answer questions or give directions, even with the language barrier! I want to say a special thank you to Tom, Elena and Bruce who made my stay extra special and memorable!!

This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel.

This was our second trip in 3 months. The staff at the reception when signing us in and clarifying our passports were quiet rude this time. They were confused and kept insisting our passports were expired. They kept saying silly things in Chinese assuming we didn't understand. I am living in china for 6 Years and last time I have been home was Feb 2023. They kept reading this date and saying it was wrong even though it clearly shows I entered china again after a holiday on the date. Despite this we still enjoyed the stay. I must applaud the staff at breakfast. They were friendly at all times and spoke English quite well. Always smiling unlike those ladies at the reception. We wanted to book in again in two weeks but may re think this.

We made a reservation very late at night. There was only one guy at the time. Check-in was pretty fast. The hotel signs were clear and the room was easy to find. The room was clean and tidy. There were free mineral water and tea bags, as well as sleeping patches and butterfly cookies, which were great. The TV had a wide variety of free and good programs. I didn't get up in the morning for breakfast, so I ignored it, but check-out was also very convenient and fast. The two girls had very sweet smiles.

The front desk service is very good. I went out and helped to wash my clothes and put them in the room. The key is that there is an ice machine at the front desk in summer to solve my problem. It is very good.

It was small hours on April 26, 2025 when I checked in, with my burn-out soul and body, at Paradox Hotel in Kunshan, Suzhou. Luckily, Mr. Wei's, a front desk staff, energetic smile and thoughtfulness cheered me up. Thank you, Mr. Wei. From Kit.

During the Qingming holiday, I took the whole family to Kunshan by car. After comparing online, I chose Kunshan Crown International Convention and Exhibition Hotel. The parking lot is spacious and there are many parking spaces. It is very convenient to park. Enter the hotel. The front desk staff check in quickly. The lobby concierge also took the initiative to help us deliver the luggage to the room. The room was oversized and the facilities were complete. The aunt on the floor also enthusiastically gave us a lot of travel advice. I was very touched.

This time I experienced Kunshan New Harbor Hotel. The hotel's service is quite good and responsive, especially the customer service Yuan Dongge. The work is serious and responsible, warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. Parking is very convenient. Especially good dinner and breakfast, rich and delicious, a wide variety, a dazzling, completely satisfying our taste buds, the restaurant waiter is also warm and friendly, leaving us with unforgettable memories. The tickets for the gift of Tinglin Garden are also very in place. It is really a good time to eat, drink and play. We are too satisfied and have the opportunity to come again.
