A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

Very close to the Railway station and big shopping malls. Unfortunate that the first room offered had not been cleaned properly but was switched to another room pretty fast. Gym is ok. Staff is friendly. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

This hotel is great, the service is very warm, there is a convenience store next to it, there are many places to eat around, the room is very clean, the staff is very warm, there is warm heart porridge at night, the laundry service is also very good, if you are not free, you can help with the washing service. The breakfast options were rich and varied, ranging from Western bakery to Chinese dim sum, and the freshly squeezed juice was particularly fresh. The self-service laundry room offers a variety of washing modes and high drying efficiency. The gym is open 24 hours a day and the equipment is very well maintained. Xiaosheng also took the initiative to help me delay the check-out time, which made people feel warm.

My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is good, close to the high-speed rail station and convenient for travel! Maybe I'm a lazy person, because I'm used to it, I don't bother to look at other hotels! I stay here for one to two weeks every time I go on a business trip, and the overall value for money is quite high.

The room facilities were very complete and clean. The front desk staff had a very good service attitude! They patiently answered every question I had. Hahaha. We originally booked a standard room, but when we checked in, they saw that we had children and upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was bright, clean, warm and comfortable. They also sent welcome fruit. It was a great stay. I'll come again if I have the chance!
