Kunshan Hotels with Pools

The room service is satisfactory. The deposit was not returned in time. I booked three rooms but only one was reserved for some reason. Because all the guests came from Shanghai, the hotel asked me to pay the deposit to forgive my mistake. When I checked out, they told me that they would refund it the next morning. It had not arrived at 3 pm and I had to call to urge them to get it.

Good reviews of this hotel! Free room upgrade, no extra charge for children's breakfast, great environment, few people and beautiful scenery, most importantly, it was fun to set off fireworks at night, which added a lot of color to this Zhouzhuang trip, there are many varieties of breakfast, and the coffee is delicious!

The location is in the old town, on Zhongshan Road, with a superior location. There is a square behind it, which is very convenient for eating and shopping, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. It is a few hundred meters away from Tinglin Garden, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk. The ticket is 20. The hotel has been renovated, the hygiene is very good, the facilities are very good, there are unlimited drinks and snacks in the small refrigerator, there is an indoor swimming pool and a gym, which are very clean. The hotel service staff is of high quality and polite, especially Elena, who has a very good service attitude and gave small gifts. The breakfast is also good. In short, it is very cost-effective and worth recommending 👍

Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, especially the lake view room with a great view. You can see the lake and mountains when you open the curtains in the morning, and your mood instantly becomes extremely happy. There are also bicycles for rent, which can be ridden directly to Xilu Garden Heyue Fengdao Farm, the indoor swimming pool is full of people even in winter, very suitable for bringing children😀 The hotel service is also impressive, every staff member is very warm and thoughtful, here are special thanks to Sammi, her service is meticulous, from check-in to check-out, she has given us great help, really thank her! I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

I checked into Room 3, which is in the middle. I arrived late, around 10pm. I was received by the security guard. I went in directly after I got my card, without registration. However, it's not an ideal choice when it's cold, because there are flying bugs outside the balcony on the lake. The bathtub on the balcony is covered with a tarp, and there are many flying bugs on it. It's said to be usable, but there are too many bugs, and the balcony outside is almost unusable. It feels desolate. It's tidy inside. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but it doesn't affect the use. It's very quiet at night, which is good for light sleepers. The overall environment is good. The breakfast is really bad (as shown in the picture). The service staff served the one in the picture. There was no choice. I had a bowl of porridge. Yachts are definitely indispensable when you come here. You can rent a small yacht for 15 minutes for 350 yuan. There is also a BBQ. There are tables arranged on the outdoor lawn, and there are also camping tents set up. I asked about the price and it was 120 or more than 200 per person. The overall experience is okay. It's more suitable for coming when it's hot. Except for the breakfast they sent me away, everything else is okay. The service is average, and it can't keep up with the service of the room price. The check-out time for late arrivals is also 12 o'clock.

This time I experienced Kunshan New Harbor Hotel. The hotel's service is quite good and responsive, especially the customer service Yuan Dongge. The work is serious and responsible, warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. Parking is very convenient. Especially good dinner and breakfast, rich and delicious, a wide variety, a dazzling, completely satisfying our taste buds, the restaurant waiter is also warm and friendly, leaving us with unforgettable memories. The tickets for the gift of Tinglin Garden are also very in place. It is really a good time to eat, drink and play. We are too satisfied and have the opportunity to come again.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.
