"I stayed for three nights, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to the JR station, and across the street from the bus center, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel breakfast curry is delicious, and they even offer ochazuke (rice with tea) in the evenings, though it was a bit salty. The public bath is quite small with limited space. This hotel is perfect for solo travelers, and you can walk to Nio Bridge to watch a beautiful sunset."
"I decided on this hotel because it seemed to be relatively new and had good reviews in Kushiro! However, it is quite far from the station... However, it is close to the city hall, and if you use Kushiro Airport, the shuttle bus will arrive right in front, so this could be a plus! Also, the sunset view was nice, and the room was clean! If I go to Kushiro again, I think I will stay here again!"
"A very classic hotel, a bit shabby and old-fashioned at the price of a premium hotel. Really too expensive compared to the service offered..
The paid parking lot (900 yen/day) is not big enough, when it is full, you have to go to a private parking lot not far from the hotel, and then go to the reception to get a free voucher. Very impractical...
The breakfast is good, especially for seafood (except coffee and pastries), but the room is too small compared to the capacity of the hotel. People often queue to access it."
"Facilities: Although small, it has everything. The breakfast is delicious. We put the two beds in the room together, which is spacious for sleeping with the baby. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Two minutes walk to the train and bus station. Service: Very friendly. The child made the quilt dirty and no one said anything."
"Good and clean hotel. Amenities were good too. Only thing was the aircon, it is not very strong in the summer. So our room was slightly warmer. We tried to open the window at night but we were close to a drinking/eating street, so there was smoke smell and loud noises from people partying."
"Next to the train station, above the bus station, 300 meters away from the supermarket, very convenient. Free coffee, drinks, and good breakfast. Buy seafood at the supermarket in the evening, heat it up in the restaurant downstairs, and have a free drink. The taste is not much worse than the Heshang market, economical and affordable. Natural hot springs, soaking in it can cure all diseases, but it is a little small. The service staff is very friendly. Two people stay in, and they give a double bed for one large and one small. As long as you make the bed yourself, you can use it at will."
"Near to Kushiro train station and Kushiro morning market. Free breakfast provided. Lots of local working men staying here. Car park need to pay during check-in, take the pass from the person managing the parking beside it, tell him your are staying at the hotel. Walkable to famous sunset photograph spot."
"I am sad I didn’t get to have the free breakfast. The hotel is a little old but other than that there’s nothing to complain about. Great location to stop by."
"While the rooms were a bit small, the hotel boasts an excellent location right by the river, adjacent to Nusamai Bridge. Just two blocks away, the evenings come alive as a vibrant food and entertainment district. The hotel's public bath was impressively large, featuring a sauna and an open-air rotenburo. A fantastic bonus was the big screen TV in the rotenburo! Breakfast options were limited, but the food was delicious. Kushiro Station is a mere 10-minute walk away, and MOO Pier is even closer, just 5 minutes on foot. Overall, the convenience was outstanding!"

Great
WwangwenbinThe room is in very good sanitary condition and very convenient to live in. The service provided by the waiter is very good, making people feel at home. The hotel environment is good and it is definitely worth staying in.
GGuest UserThe hotel is exceptionally clean, with a welcoming and helpful reception team that made the stay even more enjoyable. The lounge is a lovely space to relax, and the breakfast offers a great variety of delicious food. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a restful stay.
MM236470****The facilities are quite old, and for the price, there's no lake view, just a street view that's not aesthetically pleasing at all. There are no facilities for families with children. The first floor is full of shops, which feels very commercialized.
Most importantly, there are too many rules, and the staff are inflexible. Check-in time is rigid, they start clearing up before the mealtime is even over, and you have to move your car out of the parking lot by 11:30 AM after check-out. It doesn't feel like they're willing to make any concessions for guests.
SSF24enjoyed the lovely view and the peace and quiet that the villa gave. they were kind to provide me what i wanted upon request, a fan and a pillow. the gift shop was cute too! loved the coffee in the morning lobby.
DDellIt was not entirely clear at time of booking whether I would be assigned a dorm bed and arrived prepared to be so assigned. I believe the situation is the dorm is reserved for group reservations so you normally be assigned a private room with shared bathroom. This made the room a great value and a memorable stay.
11127****The hotel is located at the south end of the Bimai Bridge, and it is very convenient to go out and enjoy the scenery. The environment of the lobby is also very good, and there are free drinks for guests to taste. The bathroom in the guest room is commendable. It is not a one-piece bathroom. There is a separate shower room, and the bathing products are not bad. It is a pity that we live on the 5th floor. When you open the curtains, you can see the roof of the podium building, and there are many air conditioner outdoor units. In addition, it was a bit cold on the night of check-in. When I turned on the warm air of the air conditioner, I smelled a strange smell. It should be that the air conditioning pipe needs to be cleaned.
LLizchen SunLarge hotel, not new (or we had a room in the old wing) furniture is very worn, but everything is clean, great view of the lake from the room. On the roof is a warm good area with onsen and a warm pool on the roof. The buffet is delicious and varied both for dinner and for breakfast.
GGuest UserHotel is clean though toilet is small and sink too low. Dinner was ok but breakfast was not too good. Reception is friendly and hotel gave us some nice buns to take away. There is an onsen onsite which had an outdoor area as well.
YYiwanbulajinsijiMake up for the March check-in. The front desk is a grandmother who is very enthusiastic. After check-in, you will take you around to introduce the restaurant and the place to soak. There is also winter fire during the time of coming to Akan Lake. It will also remind you to see it. It is especially intimate. The room is traditional Japanese style. The fly in the ointment is that there is a heater, not much warmth. Of course, it is possible that I didn't find other heating switches. In short, you can find such a cheap price in this place in Akan Lake, and what kind of bicycles do you need for a hotel with good hygiene and room size!
GGuest UserVery convenient because close to the bus and train stations.
Clean room, but not very fresh : some holes in the ceiling, the tap and the flush make noise a long time after usage, and a not very good smell (not too bad either)
