The hotel is incredible. If you are looking for some peace and privacy look no further. Beautiful rooms, spotless and green territory, attention to every detail. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff will make your stay memorable.

We recently stayed at Alma Boutique Hotel and what a wonderful stay it was! We had just spent a few days on safari in the Masai Mara and wanted a place to relax. Alma was absolutely perfect for this! The location was incredible, right on the beach. We stayed in room 8 which was spacious, luxurious and immaculately clean. As Alma is a small hotel it was a very intimate setting and every single member of staff went over and above to make our stay perfect. Massive thank you to all for making a very special stay for us! Absolutely Fabulous!

One of the loveliest experiences of my life. The staff were so warm, welcoming, helpful and really showed a lot of love for the island. The facilities and rooms were stunning too. Nothing was too much trouble and the stay really was very special indeed

We stayed at Alma for our Honeymoon. Mauricio the hotel manager and his team were amazing! They were so kind and caring during our whole stay! The rooms are stunning, beautifully decorated, very spacious and spotless clean! Also the outside is very well maintained and kept clean. The restaurant serves very delicious food just next to the stunning beach which offers enough beach loungers so that even in the afternoon we had different spots to choose from. We can highly recommend Alma Boutique Hotel and will definitely stay there again when we return to Zanzibar!!!

Very relaxing stay in this cute small boutique hotel PLUS: - location - beach - beach service and soft animation (a praise to Mr Salim for his excellent work) - rooms furniture and Decor (best on loft rooms on top floors) - cleanliness - good security staff - pleasant included boat ride TO BE IMPROVED: - water supply in the rooms is very discontinuous . The pressure must be necessarily increased - although rooms are very well decorated and maintained, toilet and shower rooms are a bit more ordinary in terms of styling and maintenance - food variety - although very good - should be enriched -
