- Cleanliness and condition of the room upon arrival = terrible (insects, mold in the bathroom). Beach towels are not being changed often, we had one for a week. - light all inclusive = only still water, everything else sparkling and other soft drinks for an additional fee, so terrible. - the food was constantly repeated, but the main problem was the small selection and the way it was served, for example chicken meat, which sometimes contained bones only and other meat was not available most of the time. Unfortunately, it happened to us several times that we did not much. Breakfast was mostly okay, but still a small selection. Fruit = Watermelon every day, pineapple and banana once a week. The worst food we experienced on a holiday. All the people in the resort are very nice, they are great but services are just poor.

The Sansi Kae Beach resort hotel is located in the eastern part of the island in a beautiful, well-kept garden. It is a smaller resort with incredibly nice people and a relaxed atmosphere. Under the leadership of the great manager Mervin, everyone will try to fulfill your every wish. The hotel has two swimming pools, one near the reception and the other near the beach. The beach is public and you can hang out with the Maasai, who are nice and not intrusive. The Maasai are also in the hotel as security. The food is very tasty (great beef and octopus), a selection of fruits - mango, papaya, passion fruit, Jack fruit. Bartenders will mix delicious drinks according to your wishes. The rooms are cleaned daily, every evening they make your bed, draw the mosquito net and disinfect against mosquitoes. We really enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to recommend it. The east of Zanzibar Island is authentic and you will get to know the real life of the people here. But don't look for tourist tinsel here.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. There was very frequent power outages. Everything was old. Air conditioning failures. The water in the pool was dirty. Animations were very boring. Very dirty beach. There was no tequila all the time. There was not enough space for guests at dinner.

Very helpful and kind staff. The property has two state of art swimming pool and a wonderful garden with swaying palm trees, tasty food and best location for sunset. comfortable beds, high quality tea and coffee and complimentary bottled water in your hotel room

Sansi Kae is a hotel located in a still undiscovered corner of Zanzibar. Located right next to the white sandy beach, offers not only an extraordinary experience of the wonderful nature of that cinnamon island, but also a professional approach to guests. During your stay, you can try both local specialties and excellent Indian or Italian cuisine. A wonderful crew from the reception, through cooks, bartenders, offers kindness, smile and help in every situation. The hotel is managed professionally and classily. This is also a big credit to the manager Mervin, who is always on there ready to help and close to the guests. Many thanks to all the employees of Sansi Kae!

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!! There are numerous thefts. They stole all the money from my room, guaranteeing security during forced relocation. The case was reported to the police, but with no result. This is another of many cases of theft in this hotel and the management he claims that this is the first case and everyone washes their hands of it every time. I advise against it unless anyone else wants to become a victim of theft.

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff was amazing, helpful and very welcoming as well. There is a large variety of food, different cultural food buffet at night and the food tastes really good. The hotel is very safe, lots of Masai checking everything all day and night. The rooms are always clean, smells good and comfortable. Thank you for the lovely stay!

One big dissapoitment. Hotel it self average for sure not for 4,5 star. In our groope we notice stolen expensive headphones, money, also bill for 2 rooms inccorect, charged 500 USD for no reason, be carefull. Management approach was not acceptable at all, no conclusion no outcome. Hard allinclusive wasnt worth it, missing beer for few days, no replacement for the paid one. I would like to emphasize the fact of a very slow to lazy pace of work at this hotel, everything take ages (bars, solving problems,etc.). Average food, nothing special, cold - ish and very small food selection. Over at all, not worth it for this money. I cannot find anything positive point of our stay. Main manager rather run away than solve things.
