This place is nicer than I thought.
I thought it’s some kind of cheap capsule hostel.
But I was wrong once I stepped inside.
The inner is like a 5star hotel.
Everything is new and clean.
The capsule itself is big enough for one person.
Just a bit troublesome is the toilet and shower place is located in different place.
But nothing to complain with this price and quality.
And there is a Lawson just outside the hotel!

- Next to AEON shop, easy to find food and things
- Free shuttle bus from hotel to Hirafu welcome center and Hanazono (about 20 mins)
- Public bath
- Free towels and pajamas
[Cons]
- Quite far from the center of Hirafu (Night life).

Very clean hotel with a nice onsen. Everything is generally new and toilets and showers are very clean. They provide shuttle buses to hirafu and hanazono in 2025.

The place was very good overall. Service was great, free shuttle to Niseko everyday, nice onsen, good facilities outside the room. There's a convenience shop next door and also a large supermarket.
The only issue was that the curtain in the cabin has an open space above it so it's quite bright when you want to sleep. Also I had bad luck to have a noisy neighbor for a couple of days.

it was nice to stay at Torfito, clean and great location
Amazing breakfast
The only thing i would say they need to improve is the ventilation in the building. there was some bad smell from the toilets on rush hours as out side at the parking lot as well
