"The room is a comfortable size for 4 adults. But you have to take turns unpacking your bags. The location is ok. There are restaurants within walking distance near the accommodation. And then there's the hotel's shabu and grill buffet, a bit Chinese in style. (The hotel offers discounts.) There should be a Chinese person in charge. When checking in, it's a bit confusing because it's a self check-in. In front of the hotel is a staircase. You have to walk down from the road about 5-6 up."

"We went during summer, so there wasn’t much to do around (not saying that it’s a bad thing). Hotel was clean, but you have to drive to get to this hotel. Toilet was big and spacious. Air conditioning had some issues on the first day but it somehow was fixed by the second night. It shouldn’t be an issue for most people since people only come here during winter."

Neither of us had been to Niseko before, so we had quite a few questions beforehand. Liz was incredibly responsive and helpful over email, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The concierge team, led by Andreas, welcomed us warmly at check-in, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality immediately made us feel at home. The room itself was modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—providing the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. We also utilized the in-house ski instructors from True Niseko, which made a huge difference for beginners like us. Arthur and Andrea were patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and much less intimidating. We will definitely come back :)"
