Overall this property is stayable. However, our family of 4 have an issue with the bathrooms. One of the reason I chose this property for my family was because it offers 2 bathrooms over many apartments that only offer one. However, if the shower is faulty such that only icy cold water is available even after running it for 10 minutes, then what is the point ? Added to this disappointment, the spray from one of the shower heads is pitiful. Thin and weak, just like a 6 year old toy water gun. Not exactly the ideal hot, strong and relaxing shower you really look forward to after a tiring day at the mountain runs on your skis and snowboards. The property management should have checked and ensured the plumbing pipes and shower heads work well or replaced them. Lack of staff seems a flimsy excuse.
