Hinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient.
While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay!
Would definitely stay here again!

For two people, the room is relatively large in Japan. It is quite far from the ski resort, but there is a bus to pick up and drop off at fixed points. Just pay attention to the bus time. It is still very convenient. The price is also very competitive compared with surrounding areas. It is good to skate at night. If you are studious, you can take a bath both indoors and outdoors. When you wake up in the morning and open the window, you will see Mt. Yotei. It is beautiful. Breakfast is included in the room reservation, but it is not mentioned on Ctrip.

I went to Niseko to ski with my groom, but this hostel was definitely the best! The breakfast was delicious and close to the ski resort, especially the hot springs were so clean and spacious! If you apply in advance, you can enjoy private hot springs, so it would be great if you come with your family and lover! Private hot springs are also about 20,000 won, so it's a great value for money!

The service attitude is very very good, and the email consultation is related to the arrival in advance, and the answer is given without details.
We are not going to the ski season, many services are suspended, but the clerk gave us a lot of tips
The room environment is nothing to say, minimalist style, very popular with design, wood and dark blue are the main colors, warm and atmospheric, highly recommended

SSze WanLocation is good - (1) 2 minutes walk from Hirafu Intersection bus stop (2) slightly below 2 minutes to Momiji stop which is one of Hirafu free shuttle bus stop which you can conveniently travel around the area.
Room was spacious, cleanliness was tip top and provided with all necessary amenities. Their welcome gift really surprised us. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service to the nearest train station was also available. Overall, we did enjoyed our stay 😊

GGuest UserI would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff..
When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive.
Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year.
We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime.
We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year.
Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language.
Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine.
The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country.
Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

WWilfredo IIII love it here. Facing mt yotei took a lot kf pictures with it. Its the best for solo travellers might come back here. Although far from hirafu and hanazono ski but theres a shuttle going back and forth for free!! I love the breakfast buffet also. Worth the money.

My feeling when staying at Muwa this time is that the location is really good, which is the biggest advantage. However, the hardware in the room is very average. It can be described as ordinary. There is even no bedside. The function of turning off the lights with one click makes me most speechless. To be honest, the service was not bad, and the breakfast was not as bad as expected. Secondly, because there is comparison, this is a question. I stayed in Shancui in January. Since the public parking lot in Niskeo does not allow private cars to stay overnight, I had to park back to the hotel. At that time, the front desk of Shancui told me that the parking fee was originally 5,000 yen per night, but if you find it convenient , drive out and park in public areas during the day, and drive back and park at the hotel at night, without paying parking fees. Although the price is not more than 5,000, Shancui makes me feel very comfortable. But this time at muwa, not only was the parking fee not waived, of course I didn't ask for it, but every time I drove back to the hotel, the receptionist at the gate watched your car like a thief, where you parked it, and even chased you You have to hand over the keys to him because they have valet parking, which actually feels like a fee to me. This made me very uncomfortable. I had the same feeling almost every day when I drove back to the hotel and parked my car. In the end, I stayed for more than 10 days. My summary of my feelings is that it is a little disappointing because it is such a good location and has a better check-in experience.

WWu SukidThe hotel is beyond our expectations. Though the location is not as midtown as the name might suggest, it is only a short drive to downtown. Front-desk staff are helpful. The room is clean and aptly decorated. A water heater in a shower room is easy to work with. USB sockets are abundant. We are surprised to see a common kitchen available for hotel guests. I guessed many people would want to cook their own food during the snow-peak season. Not sure about the room price during Winter but the rate we got in Autumn is very reasonable. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Niseko.

WwaynethepaintTrip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search.
I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste.
(Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium)
That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind)
7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though).
They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy.
The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay.
Overall good stay.
Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!

Just that if you are dragging luggage in the snow, it’s not that fun🤣. Room was spacious and comfortable for 2, with the view from the room being a slope with people skiing. Pretty cool. Breakfast was buffet spread of mostly Japanese breakfast food, nothing too fancy but gets the energy in for ski day

GGuest UserThe room is a comfortable size for 4 adults. But you have to take turns unpacking your bags. The location is ok. There are restaurants within walking distance near the accommodation. And then there's the hotel's shabu and grill buffet, a bit Chinese in style. (The hotel offers discounts.) There should be a Chinese person in charge. When checking in, it's a bit confusing because it's a self check-in. In front of the hotel is a staircase. You have to walk down from the road about 5-6 up.
