If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a shuttle bus! There is a ski equipment rental service in the hotel (but not used) Niseko skiing and sightseeing by car! Can be given priority. If there is no car, consider the convenience of entry and exit.

It should be regarded as a serviced apartment type hotel with large and spacious facilities and comfortable hot water heating. It is very close to the resort and there are many restaurants nearby, but it is best to book in advance or let the hotel help. If you want to cook your own food is also very convenient, there is a convenience supermarket not far from the far side, most of the things you can buy in addition to good meat seafood need to go to the town to purchase.

Nice family environment

This hotel is really great. It is in the snow field. There is breakfast every day. The focus is on the Chinese counter. The Chinese counter is really good. ⋯ We have encountered many problems and helped us solve them. Even after checking out, we have to go to another hotel and send a car to send us there. It is really good ⋯ us. The ticket that can't be booked on the Internet to return to the airport is also handled by them. 😭 In the future, the Second Valley will only come to their house. Fortunately, this trip has counter assistance.

We were actually the first guests in the hotel... and we were given flowers The service is really good! It's right in front of the family cable car, so convenient. The room is also very comfortable. This time I stayed in two rooms with complete facilities. You can watch Netflix directly on the TV, and there is a private bath in the room. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. The apartment is modern in style, fully equipped, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, nestled in the beautiful snow scenery of Niseko, and the mountain view of Mount Yangjiao seems to be close at hand. On the main street, there is a shuttle bus to the ski lift in the morning, which is very convenient. Returning to skiing in the evening, taking a walk on the lively streets, a wide variety of restaurants, and delicious street food. Not far from the supermarket, you can make your own breakfast, or you can be next to the warm and beautiful coffee shop.

This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos. The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel. The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware. The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance.
