Hotel is really quiet, cozy, and really well-kept. Love that they provide an extensive set of toiletries + actually good tea and drip coffee packages to take on your own schedule! Also, location is in a prime neighborhood with an incredible selection of restaurants - distanced enough to the crazy hustle and bustle of central tourism to be peaceful but close enough to be very easily walkable. Service is friendly and attentive.

Environment: The hotel is across the street from the subway station, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. It is quite secluded. You can go directly to Kiyomizu Temple from the backyard. There are attractions all along the road. It takes more than half an hour to walk, and you can visit for a long time. I think it is very convenient. It takes a little way to take the subway. There are not many street food, and the attractions are expensive.
Health: The room is not very big, but it is quite clean. The toilet is not bad, with three separate rooms. The shower is very good, and the bathtub is quite large. There is no scenery outside the window, but it is very quiet.

The room was clean and tidy, and very quiet. During the day, a Chinese-speaking girl checked me in. It is right by the Shirakawa River, about 30-50 meters from the subway station, very close. Overall, it was good.
