The only downside is the restaurant is too small and too crowded; no matter when you go, there's a huge line, which wasn't a great experience. However, the breakfast was excellent. Cleanliness: Inevitable tatami mat smell, but you can open the window, so it's not a big issue. Service: Felt right at home. Environment: A bit of a walk from the JR station, but the experience was really good. I pretty much just stayed in the hotel and didn't feel like going out."
